Purrductivity is a productivity dashboard application that allows users to create, customize, and manage widgets for tasks, habits, calendars, and other productivity tools. The Service is provided via web browser and may include additional features and functionality in the future.

3. User Accounts

  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURRDUCTIVITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purrductivity, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service

  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your user-generated content

12. Changes to Service

15.2 Arbitration (US only)

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
